Freelancers play an important role at Torchbox. They bring specialist expertise, fresh perspectives and trusted collaboration across many of the projects we deliver for charities, public sector organisations and purpose-driven clients. Many of the freelancers we work with become long-term collaborators and an extension of our teams.

We know freelance work offers flexibility and independence, but it can also come with uncertainty, inconsistent experiences and a lack of support. Joining Freelance Friendly is one small but meaningful step in helping us work more thoughtfully, transparently and sustainably with the people we collaborate with.
